Pre-registration not required but definitely recommended! Classes do fill up!
If you cannot make it to class please cancel your reservation at least 2 hours prior to class so someone else can take your spot and to avoid a late cancellation fee!

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Yoga Flow // All Levels. Vinyasa based class. Designed for new and continuing students. Ignite your inner fire! This class focuses on the breath and alignment all while having FUN! Get ready to sweat, tap into your deepest potential and push the limits of what is possible. We will give options to make easier or harder depending on your level or what you're feeling up to that day!. Heated from 80-85 degrees
Restore + Candlelit // All levels. This class is a very slow stretch practice focusing on the breath and tuning inward. You will stretch. You will breathe. You will leave feeling restored. bring: block + strap (we have some for purchase) Lights off, candles on. heated to 78 degrees
Yoga Flow + Sculpt // All levels. A little mix of it all set to a dope playlist. yoga, mat pilates, restore and chill. Each class + teacher will be different and incorporating small weights and bands. heated from 80-85 degrees
Cardio Dance Tone + SWEXY // All levels. SWEXY is a play on sweaty + sexy, and thats exactly what you will get in this class! Cardio Dance Flow is a zumba/dance like workout that combines body-sculpting and high energy cardio work infused with fun music and dance moves. Routines incorporate strength, interval and cardiovascular training, alternating fast and slow rhythms using small weights and ending in a nice stretch! no mat needed and wear workout shoes!
