please note: all classes are heated from 80-85 degrees, unless otherwise stated. please bring a towel!

You may cancel your class free of charge up to 12 hours in advance and the class will be credited back to you. If you cancel after this time you will be charged as follows:
Late Cancel (within 12 hours): Loss of class + $20 fee (all members).
No-Show (don’t cancel + don’t show up): Loss of class + $25 fee (all clients).
Cancel more than 12 hours in advance: Your class will be credited back or rescheduled with no fee.
All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable.
If you need to cancel a reservation, log into MindBody, go to My Info, click My Schedule and click Cancel next to the class time. If you have trouble canceling or have any questions, email or text the studio!

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Power Yoga Flow // All Levels. Vinyasa based class. Designed for new and continuing students. Ignite your inner fire! This class focuses on the breath and alignment all while having FUN! Get ready to sweat, tap into your deepest potential and push the limits of what is possible. We will give options to make easier or harder depending on your level or what you're feeling up to that day!. Heated from 80-85 degrees
Restore + Candlelit // All levels. This class is a very slow stretch practice focusing on the breath and tuning inward. You will stretch. You will breathe. You will leave feeling restored. bring: block + strap (we have some for purchase) Lights off, candles on. Heated to 78 degrees
Pilates Sculpt + Flow // All levels. A little mix of it all set to a dope playlist. yoga, mat pilates, restore and chill. Each class + teacher will be different and incorporating small weights and bands. heated from 80-85 degrees
Slow Yoga Flow // This class is SUPER BASIC. Learning the flow, the foundations and stretching. We will focus on breaking down the poses from the ground up. Really focusing on alignment and modifications if needed. It will be great for beginners to learn the basics, anyone that doesn't want a heated class, and amazing for advanced yogis to hold poses and deepen your practice! non heated to 78 degrees.
Dance + Flow // All levels. A music-driven movement class blending rhythm, dance-inspired cardio, expressive movement, and a grounding soft-flow finish. This is a fun, energizing class where you'll move, sweat, release tension, and then restore your body through yoga-inspired flow at the end. Featuring Zetta's signature SWEXY method, Rhythm + Flow reconnects you to your body through movement, expression, and mindful flow. no mat needed and wear workout shoes! Heated from 80-85 degrees
